Columbus DanceSport has dancer’s floor with wall to wall mirrors to assist learning. Columbus DanceSport offers many valuable opportunities for learning to dance well and with enjoyment. HOT! HOT! "I left my country for six months to study in OSU. I did not want to quit dancing for six months. So I searched for a dance studio in Columbus… I checked all dance studios but I was not satisfied! Then, bum! I came across with a dance video of Svetlana & Igor . I was speechless. I flew for 14 hours. Arrived to Columbus. And a week later I was at Columbus DanceSport! Just seeing Svetlana walking around was inspiring by itself! Aleko, my teacher in CDS, has thought me the perfect logarithm of dancing brilliantly with his kind, modest, dedicated and lively personality! Leigh Anne saved me from taking two hours bus trips. - Just go! We (my husband and I) had our 1st class last night. There truly was a range of ages and abilities in the class. We had a great time - the instructor was patient (thank goodness!) and fun. Although we are not good dancers we didn't feel intimidated. We plan on using every class available to us. Great experience!

- I had been looking for a dance studio because I have always wanted to learn how to ballroom dance. I had fun on my first night, but I definitely need to figure out how to get more in-depth training.... I cannot do the basic class for 20 classes. Looking forward to this journey!

- Instructors/owners are amazing at providing visual tips on the dance steps to help us that are more visual learners. Highly would recommend this dance studio.

- While it is understandable that CDC offers lessons to single individuals, it is not appropriate to expect those who signed up as couples to relinquish their dancing time together to partner with them. CDC should provide dancing partners if they are going to include singles in group classes.
- Friendly atmosphere. Learned a lot on first visit.
- Try to have a higher instructor to student ration. It was hard to receive good instruction being one couple among 12 couples!
- It would be very helpful if you had "handouts" with a description of the dance steps we learn so we can retain them better. From one lesson to another, even with practice in between, we forget some of the steps.
